Why this site exists

A beginner should not have to pretend a control panel makes sense.

One Click at a Time grew out of real projects Mark Rosenthal worked through with AI: websites, Android apps, graphics, SSL setup, broken downloads, DNS, hosting screens, and the small mistakes that happen when you are learning by doing.

The important idea was not “learn every technical word first.” It was: show the screen, ask what to click next, do one thing, then verify what happened.

The mission: help everyday people turn an idea into something real without drowning them in ten steps at once.
Real projects behind the lessons

The examples come from actual work.

This site uses completed and in-progress projects as educational case studies so the lessons include real questions, wrong turns, reviews, and fixes—not just finished homepages.

The shared lesson: you do not need to understand the entire project before beginning. Describe the goal, show what you see, take one verified step, use Codex when code work is needed, review the result, and keep going.
